Dr. Samina has been serving the communities of Vancouver and Surrey for more than a decade . She has been providing comprehensive healthcare for people of all ages and life stages . She has provided leadership for accessible, high quality first contact healthcare that responds to local conditions. She has been part of research projects aiming at providing quality and evidence based medicine . She is a member of the UBC faculty of Family Medicine teaching and training program. She has extensive experience of practicing in different parts of the world. This involves multicultural and multilingual communities from all over the world. Practicing holistic Family Medicine , reaching out and supporting patients is her mission . She has been assisting with internally displaced communities and public health emergencies . Dr. Samina has been part of multiple socioeconomic upliftment projects . She has always been actively pursuing and recognizing areas in need and work towards the ultimate goal of social betterment. She continues to be involved with the community as a physician , as an educator and as an advocate of social change .
